If you have any questions related to the LAA usage or issues you may be having with the device please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Support can be reached two ways:

  • For general enquiries about the LAA or it’s usage with Linaro products, you can reach us at support@linaro.org.

  • If your LAA is associated with an active Linaro product subscription, we recommend you file a support ticket from within the [Linaro Solutions Hub](https://hub.linaro.com/support/request/help). Note this requires the user to be logged into the Linaro Solutions Hub.

LAA Device Support Period

The LAA is issued on a loaner basis exclusively to Linaro customers. The duration of its support is directly linked to the associated subscription. If the subscription expires without renewal, support terminates and the LAA must be returned to Linaro.
